Hi, I'm Leanne.
I've spent more than 20 years teaching children, and I'm a single mum to my 14-year-old daughter. Our Clever Kids is everything I wish I'd had on the busy days: simple, affordable activities that actually help kids learn.
My story
Why I started Our Clever Kids
My teaching has taken me through Montessori, preschool and primary classrooms. Along the way I've worked closely with children with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dysgraphia, dyscalculia and language disorders, and I've seen how much difference the right support makes.
At home, things looked different. As a single mother I didn't have hours to plan activities or money to spend on expensive programs. I needed ideas that were quick to set up, didn't cost the earth, and still made a real difference for my daughter.
So I started creating my own, using what I knew from the classroom. Those resources became Our Clever Kids: practical, evidence-based guides for parents who want to help their child without adding more stress to their day.
