Refunds & Returns
Because our products are instant digital downloads, we’re unable to accept returns once your download link has been sent. However, we want you to be happy with your purchase — you can request a refund if:
- You did not receive your download link within 24 hours of payment
- You received the wrong product
- Your file is corrupted or won’t open
To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of purchase at info@ourcleverkids.com. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
Order cancellation: If you need to cancel your order, contact us within 12 hours of purchase. Once your download link has been emailed, the order can no longer be cancelled.
